Horizon Hobby, Incorporated is an employee-owned, international manufacturing and distribution company based in Champaign, Illinois, USA.
Founded in 1985, Horizon Hobby distributes radio control cars, boats, planes and helicopters under several different brand names. They also distribute general hobby products including model railroad equipment, plastic model kits and die-cast static models. The company is also active in direct-to-consumer marketing via print and electronic commerce.
Horizon's main distribution facility and product service center are located in Champaign; a second distribution facility in Ontario, California is home to their proprietary packaging and Losi R/C car divisions.
